What to Expect

Allow yourself to rest & recover after your treatment

Following the treatment you may experience some redness,

tenderness, numbness

itching or bruising at the injection site.

This is completely normal and will disappear within a few days.

Following dermal filler treatment, swelling may last up two weeks, some times causing

an uneven appearance in the days post treatment.

This is not your ‘final result’ in any way.

Avoid touching the treated area for six hours. This prevents infection

by allowing the injection sites to close

Avoid exposing the treated area to extreme temperatures

(e.g. cold, heat, sunbathing, sun-beds) during the two weeks

or until any undesirable reactions have fully healed.

Avoid strenuous exercise within the first day or two following the

Do not apply makeup to the treated area for at least 12 hours

If you are taking aspirin or similar medication you may bruise more easily.

Please continue taking any medications that your GP has

prescribed to you in their regular doses.

Further Treatment

Factors such as structure of your skin, your lifestyle and your age will all

influence the longevity of your filler treatment results.

The procedure may be repeated as often as you like, though most

clients choose to undergo follow-up treatment

every 6-12 months to maintain the fresh & youthful appearance.
